Sample Reports
Teller Vision Simulation® provides two comprehensive, easy-to-interpret reports. These reports provide
valuable information to assist you in making effective hiring and development decisions and are included with
Teller Vision and CareeRx at no additional cost. A brief summary of each report is provided below.
Individual Profile Report
This report contains a participant’s complete assessment results. These results provide a prediction
of the participant’s potential for success and valuable feedback on skill strengths and developmental
needs. Due to its emphasis on development, this report is typically used when providing coaching or
feedback.
This report also contains the Career Rx component. CareeRx provides personalized performance plans for each
participant. Each plan clearly lists and prioritizes specific developmental activities based on the
participant's assessment results. Each developmental opportunity is specific to your organization and can
include activities and courses already in place. Due to its emphasis on development, this report is used
for performance management and coaching.
Training Needs Analysis
This report contains two sections. The first section lists overall assessment scores and skill scores for
multiple participants. Due to its summary nature, this section of the report is typically used to review
participant results when making hiring decisions. The second section of the report shows results across a
group of participants and identifies group-training needs by skill. This section also provides summary
statistics (i.e., average score, average transaction time, average number of transaction errors, and number
of participants in balance) for a group of participants. Due to its emphasis on development, this section
of the report is ideal for identifying group training and development needs.
