Sample Reports
The Team Leader Readiness Simulation™ provides three comprehensive, easy-to-interpret reports. These reports provide
valuable information to assist you in making effective hiring and development decisions and are included with the
Team Leader Readiness Simulation at no additional cost. A brief summary of each report is provided below.
Individual Profile Report
This report contains a participant's complete assessment results for the computerized simulation. These
results include the participant's overall score and scores for each of the skills measured by the
simulation. The skill scores provide valuable information for determining developmental priorities.
This report also contains the Career Rx component. CareeRx provides personalized performance plans for each
participant. Each plan clearly lists and prioritizes specific developmental activities based on the
participant's assessment results. Each developmental opportunity is specific to your organization and can
include activities and courses already in place. Due to its emphasis on development, this report is used
for performance management and coaching.
Training Needs Analysis
This report contains two sections. The first section provides a quick overview of results for the
computerized simulation, including overall assessment scores and skill scores for multiple
participants. The second section of the report summarizes results across a group of participants and
identifies group training needs by skill. The section also provides summary statistics (e.g., number
of participants, average test score). This report is ideal for identifying group training and
development needs.
Face to Face Simulation Developmental Report
This report provides a participant's complete assessment results for the face to face simulation. These
results include the participant's overall rating and ratings for each of the skills measured by the
simulation. The report also provides personalized feedback regarding specific behaviors that the
participant demonstrated during the face to face simulation.
