DeGarmo Group offers 12 hour Train-the-Trainer course for those organizations interested in facilitating the Fit Interview™ training program internally.

Materials include a Facilitator’s Guide, Participant’s Manual, Toolkit, and presentation CD.

Participant's Training

DeGarmo Group full-day program educates trainers on the basics of employment law, selection system design, interview design variations, common interviewer errors, and critical skills associated with conducting interviews. The program includes platform presentation, work break out sessions, demonstrations, role plays and mock interviews.
