Sample Reports

Results are available for viewing immediately after the applicant has completed the test.

Three report options are available:

Basic Report

Includes the applicant’s name, Test ID number, test date, location of testing, a graphical representation of the applicants overall test score, and one of the three turnover risk ratings described above. The overall test score is a combination of both Section A and Section B information.

Profile Report

Includes the information contained in the Basic Report. In addition, each applicant will receive a separate score for the Work Tolerance items in Section A, and scores for each of the five Interpersonal Style characteristics measured in Section B. Every score will be displayed numerically as well as in bar charts.

Profile Plus Report

Includes the information contained in the Profile Report. Additionally, applicants’ performance on several Section A Work Tolerance dimensions is summarized. The report will "red flag" any dimensions which should be more carefully examined by a recruiter or manager as a result of potential poor job fit. Also, narrative descriptions of the applicant's personality and its impact on job performance is provided for each dimension.
