Effective Leadership Education

e.leat™ modules drive fundamental learning concepts using practical examples to illustrate important leadership techniques. As a self-paced learning program, e.leat™ allows participants to gauge their understanding at several check points throughout each module, and to pause and continue learning at their convenience.

Each module includes a handout for use by participants during the session, providing an opportunity for enhanced concentration on curriculum content, along with the ability to keep well-organized session notes for application of learned skills on the job.

e.leat™ also can be used in conjunction with our Team Leader Readiness Simulation, to objectively evaluate each leader’s strengths and developmental needs to help better target the application of e.leat™ program modules!
